Missions
The Israel Office coordinates both national and community missions to Israel, in conjunction with UJC. Opportunities to visit other Jewish communities locally and around the world are also made available through the Israel Office, such as Cuba, Argentina, the FSU, New York, California and Washington.
Missions are designed to fit the needs of the participants. There are a variety of missions: family, singles, newlywed, seniors, legislative, campaign workers. Community missions can become “boutique” missions for specific groups ie: bicycle missions, art gallery missions, wine country missions, etc.
Missions allow members of our community to see first hand how our dollars help support and provide for Jews locally, nationally and internationally. Colorado community members can meet members of our Partnership community in Ramat-Negev. Missions also allow the participants to connect to the culture of the country they may be visiting.
