The Women’s Campaign originated 54 years ago with our foremothers going door-to-door, ringing bells to collect money to help those in need. Today, the Women’s Campaign is over $2 million, thanks to the energy, focus and unyielding passion of the Women’s Campaign Department and the dynamic women of the Denver/Boulder Jewish community. A Jewish woman’s involvement in Jewish communal activities often becomes the impetus for the education of her family. When women take ownership of, and responsibility for their community’s destiny, the community thrives. With the terrible unrest in our world today, women donors are among the most able to assert our strength to make substantial improvements. As women, we have access, we have power, and we have resources. Most importantly, we have the vision and the will. We understand that through the power of our giving, we can leave our legacy, individually, to ensure the kind of world we envision.
